Fima has carried out the preliminary, definitive and executive project of the building for commercial use. The area, occupied by the building of the old agricultural consortium, has been regenerated by the new building that has brought commercial activities and brought back to life a degraded area. The project, characterized by a building with total white steps, lies on the slope, creating large roofs with hanging gardens that mitigate the impact of the building from the up view. During construction, archaeological finds were found, that the FIMA, modifying the project has highlighted through windows and educational spaces. The project has also been realized according to the most modern canons of green architecture, bringing the building into class A and certified according to the Itaca marche protocol.
