Shopping del Conero Mall

FIMA has created the preliminary design of the Conero shopping mall. The area on which the building was to be built is an area bound by the Superintendence for architectural and environmental heritage. The FIMA project is therefore part of a delicate environment, with a strong landscape value, and it does so by creating a partially hypogeum building in order to mask its impact: an artificial hill covers half of the project, making the shopping mall almost visually zero impact.The Superintendency of Architectural and Environmental Heritage, in its preliminary opinion, has in fact praised the project as one of the examples of respect for the landscape.
