Tower office energy redevelopment

The tower buildings in Nervesa street in Milan was characterized by an extremely interior discomfort and by a high energetic consumption. The Fima project changes completely the building’s design minimizing the north glasses and expanding them to the south to increase solar gains. It also  included  several measures to raise the interior comfort and decrease consumptions: a new trigeneration plant, photovoltaic panel on the façade and mobile sunblind. One of the first restyling and energy requalification projects of a such a big dimension in Italy.
